The Department has two meeting rooms, the room 2.1.C01 and the room 2.1.C03. You can request a room reservation and we will get back to you as soon as possible, corfirming your reservation by mail.
In the secretariat ( 2.1.B05 ) we have the rooms keys and a high definition camera with tripod for recordings. Once the meeting is over, please return the material to our office or to the caretaker’s box in the Sabatini building.

It is possible to change de furniture configuration of the rooms according to the meeting needs but when it is over, please leave it in the original position that will be shown on each room boards.
